Spotless STL was founded by Jamie Poole, a St. Louis native who spent over 25 years in real estate, 12 of those years in property management and hands on experience running four short term rental properties. After cycling through multiple cleaning companies and still having to reclean herself, Jamie realized the industry needed more consistency, attention to detail and genuine care. This realization was the spark that became the start of Spotless STL.
But the real heart of the story is Jalapeño Brownie, Jamie’s beloved Chihuahua. When Jalapeño Brownie became deathly ill from bleach fumes, Jamie made a promise — never again would harsh chemicals risk the health of people or pets in her care. That moment shaped everything Spotless STL stands for today.
